It's been three months since my last blog, blogs are written rarely but their content keeps percolating every day, every few hours. My earlier format was to pick a topic and write a short narrative on it, I would usually pick 2-3 topics and a piece of music that I would want to bookmark . The format is changing , Now I focus on one liners, some very crisp "tweet size" thoughts. Today, before this year ends, some tweet size thoughts of 2019.
- The definition of successful people is so misconstrued. You are not what you own, how much you earn or how you look. You are the "Vibe" you produce, the positive energy you radiate. The Vibe and Energy are your real perfume, undiminishable perfume. The most sorted are the most successful.
- We have a strange relationship with this world, Its called "Qabool ka Rishta", whatever we like, we accept and we deny everything we dont like. The first step of human evolution is to not to look at this world from "I like it and I don't like it"Point of view . The world is to be accepted.
- There are two kinds of people , two kinds of connections primarily, some are "utility" and some are "responsibility". Utility are people who have assumed the role of being a utility to someone, emotionally, financially, socially or in many other ways and they could also be someone's responsibility at the same time . Whichever role you are playing , remember, we are tenants of this universe. We are the beneficiary of this world, let's be more of a "utility" and less of a "responsibility". Being a good Utility is a good remit of human life.
- The world around is a magical display of coordination and Harmony. Notice that Harmony. Our body is made of a billion cells, it moves together with one pursuit , my eyes are millions of cells and they all come together to make me see. The million droplets of rains make that coordinate dance to make those memorable moments. The fragrance of flowers is a finesse work of art, a flower grows, evolves itself into fragrance. I collect the rounded stones found in river bed of ganga and often wonder how many brush strokes of river were needed to craft them. See that Harmony every day and relish the fact that You are born in abundance - Know that abundance and be thankful.
- Don't seek Happiness, Only Humans seek a utopian concept called Happiness. 8.7 million species live on the planet. Humans have been, accidently, given that role to make a lasting impact on this planet and we are killing more species than anyone else. We don't give happiness but seek happiness. I have learnt not to correct people even when I know they are wrong. After all, the onus of making everyone perfect is not on me. Peace is more precious than perfection. Peace is happiness and perfection isn't. I give compliments freely & generously. After all it's a mood enhancer not only for the recipient, but also for me. I have learnt not to bother about a crease or a spot on my shirt. After all, personality speaks louder than appearances.I remain cool when someone plays dirty politics to outrun me in the rat race. After all, I am not a rat & neither am I in any race. I am learning not to be embarrassed by my emotions. After all, it's my emotions that make me human. I try to trigger emotions in others which in turn triggers happiness . It's not complicated but not easy either. Pursuing happiness is a misnomer, Don't seek happiness - Build moments - No one is constantly on a high or in a "Happy State" .
- Humility is sexy and so is Gut. My grandfather used to say "Logon mein Logon ki tarah jeete hain" . Be that universal and perishable human. Everytime you fly in a plane , thank the gut of the person who dreamt to fly and became part of the technical evolution of the machines that make you fly safer. Humble people make you better humans, ego is primarily an anti human trait. Gut is what has made us better than 1.8 million species and ego make us the worst.
- Be a storyteller, life is a collection of moments that are stored and re-told. Share Knowledge - Tell Stories - Rejoice the learning. I stopped telling the elderly that they've already narrated that story many times. After all, the story makes them walk down the memory lane & relive the past. Past if the mirror of future , see it carefully.
- We are training "traders" children are not creators any more , they are trained to be traders , invest on studies to make more money , invest in training to work a medal . The world needs less traders and more thinkers. GuruNanak, Buddha and Mahavir won no university ranks or medals or ran successful profitable enterprise. They are worshipped for their divinity and not skills to win. Listen to all kinds of opinions , Opinions are newspapers - They will be trash tomorrow but learn facts , facts that are universal from Haiti to Indonesia, over centuries. Be intellectually Rigorous, Logic and Conviction need to segregated.
- Be adorable , not rich, not successful. "Ameer, paise se zaroorat Kharidta hai , Raees , waqt pe , lamhe kharidta hai , jo uske jaane ke baad bhee zinda rehte hain" . Distinguish between "Ameer" and "Raees" !

If I have no friends and close ones then I don't need to tell the story anyway

How did this compulsion come about?
That I was taken afar from my loved ones
Flowing with times how did this life pass by?
Leaving this life/way with strangers
I can move my reigns back home
